Here are the steps to follow:

1. Fill in the online application form. Choose the group you wish to join each week and extras like meals, camping equipment, and/or accommodation.
    

2. As soon as we are able to process your online request, you’ll receive a confirmation mail from us with an official inscription form confirming your choices and more details about the festival,  the extras, and payment options.
    

3. You should receive the inscription email in 3-5 working days. If you do not receive the email in that time please check your Junk folder or contact us via email: summerintensivept@gmail.com
    

4. The official inscription form received in the email has to be returned signed by hand or digitally together with travel insurance or health insurance proof (European insurance card or other) and proof of payment (scan or picture suffice).
    

5. Once the payment, insurance proof, and inscription form have been received by the Summer Intesive team fully completed and signed your spot is 100% guaranteed.
